This apartment, located on the 5th floor of a historical building close to Milan’s central station, was conceived as a high-end apartment for short rentals.
Interiors feature a contemporary design based on a peculiar color and materials palette.

We completely demolished the existing walls to create a more efficient internal layout suitable for short-term rentals. The redesign allowed us to add an extra room and a small outdoor terrace. All furniture was custom-made on-site to fit the new space perfectly.
